Thank you for the interest shown in our home in Northern Cyprus.
The villa is situated at Catalkoy, about 5 -10 minute’s car drive from the beautiful Town Centre and Old Harbour in Kyrenia. There are beaches just a few minutes from our home, and turtle beach is about a 10 – 15 minutes car drive.
Our home is managed by a lovely family, who live close by and can help with anything to do with your stay. They are happy to advise on any aspect, either to with our home, or trips, shopping, finding beautiful beaches etc.
We would recommend car hire for your stay, there is a bus service and taxis, but most restaurants, the fabulous sights and the most beautiful beaches are a car journey.

Villa Tour
You enter the house into a large lobby area, with marble floors throughout. To the right is a cloakroom, with a door to the car port.
To the left is the lounge and dining area with air con, and a beautiful six seater granite topped iron table and chairs, the living room with patio doors leading to the front and back areas, satellite TV and DVD player, radio and mini disc player. Open fireplace.
In front of you is the large beach fitted kitchen with washing machine, cooker & hob, fridge, microwave and ceiling fan. Iron and ironing board provided.
The next level has a double bedroom with air con, fitted wardrobes and a mirrored dressing table.
The next level has the second double bedroom, with air con, two single beds, and a fitted mirrored door wardrobe. Next to this bedroom is the family bathroom, with toilet, sink, bath and shower with screen. There is a landing which has a balcony, from which you can see the sea. Next to this is the master bedroom with on-suite, air con, a large queen sized bed, fitted wardrobe and mirrored dressing table. Balcony overlooking the garden and pool, beautiful views of the mountains and Belapais Abbey.
Outside there is a large driveway and car port to the front. the back of the property has a patio area and overflow 10m x 5m secluded swimming pool. Three 1meter concrete based umbrellas. Six sun loungers with cushions, outside table and chairs.
